Terms for using Augural

Agreement and eligibility

These Terms govern access to Augural, which is built and operated under Mansa Global Services LLC. You must be legally able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for the business whose workspace you create or use.

Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, assigning appropriate roles, and activity under your account. Notify Augural promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use Augural for unlawful activity. You are responsible for having authority to enter and use customer and business information.

Trial and founding pilot access

New company signups currently receive a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is required at signup. Augural is free for now during its founding pilot. Billing does not begin automatically after the trial. Approved plan pricing is published on the Pricing page, but paid billing is not yet active; any future charge will require clear terms before a paid plan begins.

Customer data

You retain responsibility for business and customer information submitted to your workspace. You grant Augural permission to host, process, and display that information as needed to provide, protect, and support the service. Do not submit information you lack authority to use.

Augural intellectual property

Augural, its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Mansa Global Services LLC or its licensors. These Terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

Service availability and changes

Augural is an early-stage product. Features may change, and interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or reasons outside reasonable control. No uninterrupted or error-free service is guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Augural at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for material violations of these Terms, security risks, unlawful use, or discontinuation of the service. Contact support@augural.io about account data before leaving; a post-trial retention period has not been published.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Augural is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. Augural is operations software and does not provide repair, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mansa Global Services LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of Augural.

Changes, governing law, and contact

These Terms may be updated as Augural develops. Material updates will be reflected here with a revised effective date. California law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions may be sent to support@augural.io or raised by phone at (619) 977-6464.
