How Augural handles information

Who operates Augural

Augural is built and operated under Mansa Global Services LLC. This notice applies to the Augural website and business operations platform.

Information collected

Augural may collect account details such as names, business email addresses, phone numbers, login information, company details, and role assignments. Businesses may enter customer, property, equipment, work order, inspection, estimate, labor, invoice, payment-record, and warranty information into their own workspace.

Augural may also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as browser and device details, IP address, timestamps, pages viewed, error reports, and activity logs.

Cookies and similar technology

Augural may use cookies or browser storage needed for sign-in, security, preferences, and basic service operation. Browser settings can control some of these technologies, but blocking essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

How information is used

Information is used to create and maintain accounts, provide requested product workflows, respond to support requests, secure and troubleshoot the service, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. Augural does not use the public website assistant to access private company workspaces.

Service providers and hosting

Augural may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, communications, monitoring, and other functions needed to operate the service. They receive information only as needed to perform those functions and are subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.

Security

Augural uses reasonable administrative and technical practices intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and this notice does not claim a certification, audit, or specific regulatory compliance standard.

Retention and deletion

A fixed post-trial retention period has not yet been published. Information is kept only as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact Augural. Some limited information may be retained when legally or operationally necessary. CSV export is not currently available.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Augural may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request.
